Brolly's Clinical Lead and Managing Director has dedicated a career since 1986 to improving outcomes for people with disabilities and additional support needs. From 1995 to 2025, founded, owned, and managed an Outstanding-rated care service, consistently achieving Outstanding across all five KLOEs over decades of service leadership. This experience covers safeguarding, compliance, governance, training, team development, strategic growth, and person-centred care. Brolly's Commercial Lead brings over 25 years of experience across data, technology, healthcare, cyber security, financial services, and credit risk, with leadership experience spanning the UK, Middle East, and South Africa. Having co-founded and managed an adult social care software company in 2015, spending the past several years focused specifically on the care sector. That experience has provided a clear understanding of the operational and commercial needs of Care Providers across residential care, domiciliary care, supported living, outreach, and day services.

With more than 25 years of experience in the care sector, Brolly's Technology Lead has been involved in care software since the early days of the market, including developing one of the very first home care software solutions in 2003. With a background spanning care planning, client assessments, compliance, eMAR, care home operations, domiciliary care, and rostering, giving a rare understanding of both the technical and operational demands of the sector. In 2016, was one of the first to integrate multiple patient IoT devices and dashboards into Care Management platforms in the UK. Alongside this care-sector expertise, has also worked at the forefront of innovation, co-founding a virtual reality company in 2014 and developing advanced immersive technology.
